This lightweight application is a level monitor for most important sounds: ringer, alarm, media and notifications. You don't want your phone to be too laud in a quit space and too quit in a loud space. To manage the volume, you need to see the current values. However, Android doesn't show current volumes in the status bar. To check volumes, you need to open Sound settings, which is not convenient. The Sound Volume Notifier
monitors the current volume levels at one-minute intervals, and informs the phone owner through standard Android notifications. The application starts automatically when the phone boots and shows a persistent notification in the status bar. The notification icon is dynamically generated and displays the ringer and alarm levels. The icon also indicates when the media volume is low. If the volume is less than 4, the separator between the two numbers is changed from a colon to an underscore. In the notification drawer you can see the exact value of the media volume along with the ring, notifications, and alarm volumes.
Additionally, the main screen has an option to change these four volume.
