Da Rifugio a Rifugio

The National Park of the Casentino Forests, Monte Falterona and Campigna is a great place for country activities: a solid network of trails takes us inside ancient forests, old-growth forests and environments marked by age-old human presence. The park is also crossed by the Via dei Parchi, a long route linking protected areas of the Apennines of Emilia-Romagna and that locally coincides with the Path of Sacred Forests.
In this framework, the proposed rings of three days with two nights in a "refuge" are new: not only shelter, but also cottages, inns and old estates that will offer us the best of rural, immersed in local tradition and a territory rich in history and nature, assured of a warm welcome on arrival at the facilities involved.
The proposals are designed in collaboration with the LAG L'Altra Romagna and with other LAGs of Emilia-Romagna, the project of inter-territorial cooperation "Travel routes multifunctional rural Emilia Romagna."
