Building managers can use the Service Portal application on www.loekonline.nl to give all their tenants or users of their buildings access to this mobile Service App.
Notifications sent with the Service app automatically end up in the Notifications application on loekonline.nl. The building manager can forward these reports with a few clicks to service and maintenance companies with whom he works digitally. In the Service App, the user receives notifications about the handling of his notifications.
In addition, the building manager can keep the user of the Service App well informed about general matters and planned maintenance. In the Service App, planned maintenance is shown in a digital maintenance calendar.
