The offline and no-frills design has been a heavy consideration factor when creating this application, to avoid any delays when searching up information, also to aim to reduce any inconvenience when this application is used remotely/overseas. Realistically, after having the alpha version run its course of a few years, it has been realised that it will be much more beneficial for judges and players alike if made publicly available, and thus, a newer V2 version on an improved code base has been borne from it.
