The e-Mas Turtle System of the Department of Fisheries Malaysia was developed for 1) Establish a uniform management system for turtle management throughout Malaysia which can be accessed by all agencies / institutions involved in turtle conservation. 2) Help speed up the process of monitoring and action on any crash reporting. 3) Share current information and status instantly through information sharing of turtle breeding, landing, egg incubation and hatching baby turtles between agencies / institutions
