The five roundabouts marked in the Teutoburg Forest and Eggegebirge with the red "K" are designed with their different lengths and degrees of difficulty so that even for less experienced hikers a suitable route is included. Physically challenging routes are in the Eggegebirge, starting from the monasteries Dalheim (11.5km) and Hardehausen (16km), and up to Velmerstot (17km), the highest mountain in the Eggegebirge with 468 meters.
