1- Secure authentication thanks to biometric connection and facial recognition;
2- Recovery of access identifiers;
3- Communication with the voice assistant through two languages: Arabic and French;
4- Consultation of the details of salary declarations;
5- Real-time monitoring of the processing status of files as well as payment of services;
6- Edition of certificates (Certificates published online can be authenticated on the CNSS website);
7- Downloading documents hosted in the “My downloads” section;
8- Retirement pension simulation;
9- Verification of rights to Compulsory Health Insurance;
10- Modification of personal data;
11- Declaration of family members.
