■How to use
・As a sales proposal and presentation tool
If you upload catalogs and documents to HiQZen, you can take them out whenever and wherever you need them.
・Realize paperless meetings
By simply uploading meeting materials to HiQZen, you can easily realize paperless meetings. It reduces the resources and effort required to print documents.
・Upload photos and videos from the work site
Upload photos and videos taken with an Android device on the spot and use them for creating reports, etc.
■Functions
・File viewing
This app allows you to view images, videos (mp4, m4v), audio (mp3, wav), text, and HTML documents.
*PDF, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), other video and audio files can be passed to other apps for viewing.
・Comfortable offline operation
You can freely store files and folders locally within the app. You can view files at any time, even in places where there is no radio signal.
・Drag and drop makes it easy to download and upload.
・Supports various file operations
You can perform various file operations (copy, move, delete, rename, create folders, etc.) on the HiQZen server and transfer files (publish on the web).
・Link with other apps
You can pass files downloaded from HiQZen to other apps, and receive files from other apps and upload them to HiQZen.
■Security
・Passcode lock
You can set a passcode lock when the app starts. If you enter the wrong passcode a certain number of times, all setting information and local files will be erased.
・Device authentication
You can generate your own device ID in the app and allow only devices activated on the server to use it.
・Remote Wipe
If you lose your device, you can specify the device and remotely erase or initialize the files and settings stored in the app.
