Net Service in Cloud is the work tool for the Car Practice Agency and the Driving School of the future.

The App is fully integrated into the Sermetra Net Service Leonardo Net and La Nuova Guida management software and represents the "handheld" extension of the cloud suite. Designed to speed up processes, it allows you to make work simpler and more innovative.

Practice Archive
You always have your files, clients and vehicles at hand: you can find all important information, contacts and associated documents.

Optical storage
Attach a document received from WhatsApp or use your phone as if it were a scanner. Thanks to this function, you archive all documents on the management system, associating them directly with the relevant practice or registry.

Customer directory
You always have your customer archive with you. Open their profile and you will find everything to contact them quickly with WhatsApp, email, text message, telephone.

DRIVING SCHOOL functions

License renewal
You take the photo and collect your client's signature. The App allows you to carry out ICAO optimization of the photo and associate it directly with the customer's details.

Messaging
Stay in touch with the students of your driving school thanks to the chat integrated into the App, which communicates directly in real time with your students' Driving License Quiz application.

Ticket management
Respond to student quiz support requests directly from the app. Resolve tickets even faster with customizable canned responses.
