The new Service App, dedicated exclusively to authorized Lombardo dealers, will allow you to optimize communications in the event of non-compliance on the products covered by the warranty: management of faults, manufacturing and / or processing defects and request for further information from the technical department within reach of smartphone. We recommend using the App in the following cases:

- Forwarding of complaints for damage during transport: in the event of doubtful delivery, reserve control and claim the damage to Cicli Lombardo SpA within the 7 days immediately following;
- Forwarding of complaints for non-compliance caused by manufacturing and / or processing defects pursuant to art. 1490 of the Italian Civil Code and art. 128 ff. of the consumer code;
