Divided into functional blocks, CAR covers and digitizes all workshop steps from creating an appointment to returning the vehicle, including a CRM module that enhances customer loyalty. For this, we have a multi-device model with tablets for receptions, repairs and returns and a Back Office for management and administration tasks. The information between both devices flows in real time, thus improving inter-departmental communication.
