2025-07-10 00:00:00 The Moje nekretnine mobile application is jointly owned by the Ministry of Justice and Administration and the State Geodetic Administration. All data retrieved through the mobile application are under the jurisdiction of the aforementioned institutions and are stored in the Joint Information System of Land Registers and Cadastres, i.e. its public part called OSS (https://oss.uredjenazemlja.hr). Through the application, it is possible to retrieve real estate in the land register and cadastre in which you are registered, receive notifications about changes to real estate, and view documents created by you through the OSS system. A prerequisite for correct retrieval of data is the OIB entered on real estate in the land register and cadastre. If you do not see some properties after registration, but you think you should see them, you should contact the competent land registry department or cadastral office in your city and request additional information.
