It is hoped that judges and court officials will be more professional in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. In addition, information disclosure, which is essentially the right for the public to access information, is one of the human rights as affirmed in the 1945 Constitution. Based on this consideration, the Supreme Court (MA) issued a Decree of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Number 144/KMA/SK/VIII/ 2007 on Information Disclosure in Courts. The development of this electronic 'Directory of Decisions' is one of the implementations of the Chief Justice's Decree, with the aim of ensuring that complete information is available to the public quickly and cheaply.
