We take care of renting the properties we manage to a selected clientele on a weekly basis. We use International Booking: England, Ireland, Holland, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, France and Russia. We independently manage arrivals and departures with weekly control of the status of the managed properties.
We provide for the resolution of any kind of situation or inconvenience that could occur. We have referenced craftsmen available for general maintenance of properties, gardens, swimming pools, property cleaning under management. We can also provide external consultancy for: Airport transfers by shuttle bus or transport with private driver; Car rent; Catering; Home Cooking with Personal Chef available.
