OmaKeusote brings health and wellness services directly to your pocket - easily and safely!



OmaKeusote is part of the digital services of the Central Uusimaa welfare region. Digital services complement local services and are a safe way to do business remotely.



In OmaKeusote, you can chat with a social security professional in real time. Through the chat, you can easily connect to service advice, health services, social services and counseling services according to the services' opening hours.



OmaKeusote's services will expand during 2025 and 2026: e.g. self-care coaching, remote reception services and symptom assessments, so download the app and stay tuned!



OmaKeusote's services are available to residents of the Central Uusimaa welfare area. Please note that OmaKeusote's services are not suitable for dealing with emergency situations. In an emergency, always call 112.

Payability

Using the service is free of charge for you. Some services may be chargeable. The professional will tell you if he refers you to a service that is chargeable.

Identification

Identify yourself with your bank credentials or mobile certificate when you use the application. In the future, you will be able to log into the application easily with a PIN code, facial recognition or fingerprint.

Safety

Your transaction information is recorded in Keusote's customer and patient information systems, just like in your other transactions. Your information may only be used by professionals with whom you have a client or patient relationship. 

Dealing on behalf of

You can do business on behalf of another person by adding them to your profile. As a guardian, you can add a person under the age of 18 directly to your profile and do business on their behalf. When you do business on behalf of an adult, the person must first authorize you in the Suomi.fi service.
