2025-07-02 00:00:00 WiFi4EU is an initiative led by the European Commission to bring free public Wi-Fi connections to local communities. WiFi4EU has provided support to more than 7,200 municipalities which have deployed more than 93,000 public hotspots for their local residents and visitors, throughout the European Union.
