You will receive an overview of all training units, trainers and training locations.
Be always up-to-date on all things happening in the club with the news area on the home page - the push-up messages ensure optimal information provision.

Members can look forward to a log-in area. With the Movement Family membership you also get a new function:
The individual training calendar enables participation in training units and events. Simply add this via the timetable or the start page.

Have you added the workout to your calendar? If the training is now canceled, you will receive a push-up directly on your mobile phone!
