This Wear OS app lets you control a Lush 2 remote vibrator by rotating your wrist. Maybe it is also compatible with other remote vibrators of Lovense, but I only developed and tested it with the Lush 2. I can theoretically add other devices without (probably) too much work, so contact me so I know there is interest :) The control works by reading the rotation of the watch as follows:
