The population (citizens, municipality, clubs, institutions, companies) is actively involved and all knowledge in the target habitat is used. • No one misses the latest news and information through push notifications. The app delivers news that are automatically added to push notifications and are therefore actively displayed directly on the smartphone. • The home screen was individually designed / graphically prepared and is strongly based on the graphical possibilities of websites • The data is prepared in a barrier-free manner according to the completely new specifications of WCAG 2.1. (requirement since 06/23/2021)
