The application contains learning cards with the following topics:
THEORY (history, ethics, basic knowledge, judo systematics, training, testing, stretching) TECHNIQUE (nage waza, katame waza, atemi waza, ukemi waza) KATA SENIOR REPRESENTATION CR LEGENDS OF CZECH JUDO JUDO QUIZ (frequent words and judo knowledges)
You will also find techniques that historically belong to judo, but are no longer used or banned in contemporary sports judo. The aim of the application is not to learn the technique. The aim is to get a better overview of judo, to get acquainted with the theory, ethics of judo and techniques, which you can then try under the supervision of experienced coaches in training. Older judokas may recall times when judo was widely used.
