The main objective is to offer updated information every 6 hours on the state of the sea on ocean-meteorological events that may represent a marine-coastal threat in Costa Rica. It is aimed at sea users who in some way require timely information to carry out their safe activities, including fishermen, tourists, surfers, permanent or occasional residents, and government offices, coast guards, port captains, etc. to distribute warnings in case of adverse marine-coastal conditions.
