Zizry is an E-commerce app allows that users to shop online, browse product according to categories, create wish lists, add items to a cart, and complete purchases. It also provides payment processing, shipping, and order management capabilities.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the order before the order is dispatch. After the order is dispatch, you have to reject your order and provide the OTP which is given with the confirmation of your order is placed.
You can cancel the order from ‘Orders’ section
On receiving the cancellation request of your order, your order will be cancelled immediately and the refund process will be initiated with 2 hours of order cancellation confirmation and amount is refunded within 1-2 working days after is ordered product is received.

Shipping Policy
We provide 2 types of delivery of the product
1. Quick/Fast Delivery
2. Regular/Normal Delivery

The delivery time of quick/fast delivery option is between 1-2 hours. When you order the product with quick/fast delivery option you have to pay extra for shipping charges. No minimum order amount for shipping your order in quick/fast delivery option.
The delivery time of regular/normal delivery option is between 8-10 hours. When you order the product through regular/normal delivery no extra cost of shipping charges will be added on your order. The minimum order amount for shipping your order is ₹199 /- for regular/normal delivery option.
