To do this, all they need to do is fill in a short form that, once completed, will generate an incident that will be sent to the corresponding Municipal Service. The Municipal Service will receive the request, proceed to assess it, determine the degree of urgency and finally implement the necessary protocol to rectify the incident. Finally, the relevant operators will travel to the area to solve the problem and when it is solved, the user will receive a notification advising him that the incident has been resolved.
