2] Employee - Employees can invite someone for meetings/visit. He can also check the couriers that are connected with him. At the end of the meeting, the data of meetings and meeting notes are saved on the cloud for future Recognition.
3] Receptionist - The receptionist can check in/out visitors visiting the organization. The receptionist can also invite someone for an interview/visit/meeting. As the data is secured on the cloud the receptionist doesn't need any registers or files to maintain the data.
