Bangladesh Engineering Industry Owners Association Kushtia District Branch was established on 20/10/1991 with the unanimous consent of the owners for the purpose of various facilities. This association is centrally managed under the Ministry of Commerce. The main purpose of this association's activities is to assist the government in the development of the light engineering industry by providing various information and to stand by for the welfare, development and convenience of all the people associated with this industry. The office of Bangladesh Engineering Industry Owners Association Kushtia District Branch is located at Dadapur Road, Mazampur Gate, Kushtia Stand. In Kushtia, 200 companies involved in the light engineering industry are associated with the Kushtia District Branch of the Bangladesh Engineering Industry Owners Association. All these companies produce products worth several crores of taka every day. Which, after meeting the domestic demand of the country, are now being exported to neighboring countries as well.
