They charged me my monthly payment and I can't see anything live, and the worst thing is that they don't even have a phone number to call. I sent them an email letting them know what problem I have and I already have more than 30min, waiting for them to send me an answer. I want to watch a football game, It is already more than half-time than it started. Surely I will not be able to see it. But they charge my money on time.

Terrible app. I subscribed to be able to watch a live event. After I do, everything is still showing locked. I click to subscribe again and it tells me I'm already subscribed. Basically took my money and is not giving me the product.

Garbage tv app keeps freezing on the brief pause ads. Update: app interface redesign good but app in all still trash, keeps crashing every few or so minutes. Seems like an app that should be free for how horrible it is. now it's got something wrong where the volume is super low for the tv app
