This app allows people registered in the Single Registry of Victims (RUV) to access in a simple, fast and secure way the services currently offered by the Unidad en Línea web platform. From your cell phone you can make inquiries without having to travel, just by logging in using your document number and a personal password. This application has been designed to improve the experience of people who require care from the Unit, avoiding lines, unnecessary trips and facilitating access to information and services from anywhere.
