How it works:
1. Download this app to setup your profile and enter payment information (don’t worry, there is no cost to create an account, you’re only charged based on the duration of your rides)
2. Read and accept Tootle's terms and conditions and Rider Agreement
3. Identify which bike(s) you’d like to rent, and scan the QR code(s) printed on the bike(s)
4. Review our How to Ride Page, so you know how it works
5. To end you ride, return your bike to the designated parking area
