Based on minutes moving rather than pace or distance, our low pressure approach to exercise has already supported thousands of women to move more in these challenging times. The 24 coached sessions are all between 30 and 45 minutes, ideal for the current restrictions on time outdoors. You can start wherever you feel comfortable and repeat sessions if you need to, all with the support of TMR Founder, Mel Bound who will encourage you, give you supportive tips, and let you know when to run and when to walk. Its a great programme to follow with your kids too - a perfect addition to their daily PE.
