Weather home screen widget and weekly forecast for Almaty city, Kazakhstan
Simple widget showing current weather. It shows current weather condition icon, humidity and temperature from my device located outside my home in Almaty (close to Nazarbayev-Makatayev streets crossing). The device uses Bosch BME280 sensor, data from the sensor and in widget is updated every 10 minutes. The widget displays the last sensor reading time below.
The weather conditions icon and 7 days weather forecast (appears when you click the widget) are taken from other sources.
There can be some short delays due to battery replacement :)
New Android devices might have notification about background running application. To remove it open the notification, enter notification settings (sliding the notification to the side) and make changes there.
