This app helps to monitor/ capture data at various stages involved in Camps or similar types of activities. For a single beneficiary, data can be captured multiple times by different users. Inbuilt validation mechanism with unique identifier for a particular beneficiary is also in place. It's a simple, easy-to-use tool for end users/ field level workforce.
