In addition to the social element, we have invested into the mental wellbeing positives which can be achieved by returning to nature. Our new venue the 'Guard House' is set within the country park of Wat Tyler, this provides the ideal location to aid mental health recovery. Taking part in our activities while surrounded by the beauty of the park can help reduce feelings of generalized anxiety, stress and depression. Our sessions are all overseen by qualified members of staff and abide to the BACPs ethical framework (membership 00930244). Sociability are a fully registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) that has no directors or shareholders taking a cut, therefore providing peace of mind that every part of your generosity will go into helping others. Our growing app range will always be free, made available to help people who suffer with mental health and to give something back to all those who have donated and contiune to, thank you.
