implementation of a service sheet and survey, for quality improvement
of their services and productivity.

SMART QC is a strategy to ensure care and continuous improvement in
the quality offered by the organization. This means offering and satisfying
customers to the maximum and achieve the company's objectives.

After completing the necessary information, from there, each
process until the detailed obtaining of each service, including services
later as well as after-sales.
