Application for Outpatient Polyclinic Registration at RSUD dr.H.Soewondo Kendal Regency - Fast and Smooth Registration

Patients can register at the Outpatient Polyclinic of RSUD dr.H.Soewondo, Kendal Regency from home.
Still specifically for patients who already have a medical record number for the BPJS or GENERAL category

* Old BPJS patients - For BPJS patients who already have a Medical Record Number. You can register by entering your Medical Record Number, Referral Number from Faskes 1, and selecting a doctor. Registration can be done from D-7 of your check-in schedule. On the D day you can come directly to the Nurse Station without having to register at the Registration Counter

* GENERAL Old Patients - For GENERAL patients who already have a Medical Record Number. You can register by entering your Medical Record Number and selecting a doctor according to the schedule. Registration can be done from D-7 of your check-in schedule. On the D day before going to the Nurse Station you have to go to the Outpatient Cashier to make payments.

* Queue Counter - For those of you who still want to register through the Registration Counter, you can take the queue number of the outpatient counter by pressing this button.

* Laboratory Results - For those of you who have carried out laboratory examinations at RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal, you can see the results directly through this menu.

* Check Registration - you can check your registration status through this menu, also for those of you who want to cancel registration.

* Doctor's schedule - you can find out your doctor's schedule through this menu.
