Supertec Office is an attendance system application with employee task assigning and many more features. Working: Employee portal: • When employee logs into his account ,the check in is performed automatically. • An employee checks if he has any new task assigned. Upon executing the task he marks the task as complete. •Employee can chat with admin
Company/Office Portal: • First of all, a company/office admin will sign up providing his company's active email address. After the sign up process is completed, an admin will receive a unique token for his/her company via email. • Company token will be provided to the employees by admin , for them to be able to sign up as an employee for that particular company. • An admin logs into his account and is able to see the status of all his employees and see if they checked in. • Admin can assign any task to each employee and can see the status of the task and check if they are complete or pending • Admin can also see the location from which employee checks in and also perform live tracking of employee's location if employee gives background location access . • Salary ,chat and attendance record features are also available.
