Using Irukkaa App, people can register themselves as resource owners/labourers or both and look for opportunities either to find a job or post a job to get them fulfilled. How does this application help the blue-collar sector? Those in need of labour or machines can post a new job with the exact requirement of job location, job date, duration, required machines/labor, description along with the preferred location. Once a job is posted Irukkaa app would notify all users who have the necessary resources/skills to perform the job. Users can then login into the application to apply for the job post and upon confirmation from the farmers, labour can engage in the job.
