This application is designed to monitor the employee's activity and sales on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This application offers the relative possibility to control the time people and things every day, weekly, and monthly. Whether you are an employee who would wish to monitor your meeting or an administrator overseeing all employees' activities, this application is all you need.
User interface
The design of the first page is focused on registration and login where users should be able to find the way to their account easily. After successful login, users are directed to the Home Page, featuring four corner options:
• Dashboard: A quick overview of your meeting statistics.
• New task: Easily schedule new meetings.
• History: This section gives you an overview of:
• Total visits
• Total quotes
• Total sales
• Customer visits frequency per month
• Logout
Upon entering the Home Page, users will find an organized layout displaying their meeting schedules segmented into three main categories:
• Today's meetings: You can check meetings, reschedule them and have an overview of completed meetings.
• Weekly meetings: In this section, you can also have a look at your current meetings, reschedule them, pending meetings and the meetings done in the week to maintain the flow.
• Monthly Report: Similar to the weekly report, this section also consists of four sections:
• Meetings: A summary of the month's meetings.
• Reschedule: You can reschedule meeting time and date
• Pending: You can have a look at the meeting remaining in a particular month.
• Done: All meetings completed for the month.
When users go to the schedule meeting section, employees have to fill in the following sections:
• Name: Enter the client's name.
• Mobile: Input the client's contact number.
• Purpose: Specify the purpose of the meeting, such as paperwork in the office, customer calls or travelling.
• Visit reason: Choose from options like purchasing, engineering, maintenance, projects, or administration.
• Date: Select the meeting date.
• Time: Specify the meeting time.
• Other purposes
After completing this form, users are redirected back to the Meeting Schedule Page, where they can review their scheduled and rescheduled meetings at a glance.
Admin Interface
The Admin Interface mirrors the user interface with a Sign Up and Login Page. Once logged in, admins are directed to the Employee Detail Page. In the upper corner, admins will find the same four sections available for navigation:
• Dashboard: A comprehensive overview of employee performance and meeting statistics.
• New Task: Ability to assign tasks or schedule meetings for employees.
• History: This includes four subpages that provide insights into:
• Total Visits
• Total Quotes
• Total Sales
• Customer Visits Frequency per Month
• Log Out
On the employee detail page, the admins have the benefit of a number of features. They can see all developing schedules of employees' meetings so that they are capable of supervising productivity efficiently.
