LibraRisk is an innovative tool for risk communication.

LibraRisk with you:

- Download to your smartphone or tablet the Civil Protection Plan
   Municipalities of your interest;

- Refer to the contents of plans interactively, to discover the
   risk areas, the scenarios of these areas can be developed, the
   resources of the local system of Civil Protection (waiting areas, areas
   shelter, gathering areas, strategic structures) and measures
   self-protection (good practices of conduct) to be taken to reduce
   your exposure to hazards;

- Exploit the alert system via push notification, to be
   informed of the conditions of critical hydraulic and hydrogeological that
   Bulletins of the National Department of Civil Protection to provide the
   your area and receive alerts directly from your municipality;

- Help spread alerts and notifications, using a system
   multi-channel (Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, email and SMS);

- Consult streaming Twitter hashtag and the main channels
   Civil Protection at national and local level.

Librarisk is a tool of "edutainment", which is exclusively used for
to encourage the spread of "risk culture". Not
understood in any way as an official instrument of warning.
LibraRisk work purposes only prevention. The safety of
