The client can contact their lawyer from the app and make new mandate requests. The prerequisite for this is that the law firm contacted has a DASD profile and an integrated online mandate intake form. If the lawyer answers the mandate request positively, a welcome email will be received in the app's email account. This is recognized by the app and the lawyer's contact is created automatically.
