Sheet of the month is a simple application to save all training and competitions, aimed especially at people who practice athletics.
It allows you to save more detailed information about the workouts such as the series, hills, fartleks and gyms that are performed in the different training sessions. You can also specify whether the series have been carried out with or without fences and with or without drags; as well as indicate the type of footwear used (shoes with spikes, flying or normal), without forgetting the distance and time taken.
It allows you to track your training sessions and each of the competitions held weekly and share them with friends and/or coaches.
A series of statistics can be displayed such as the total number of training sessions, the kilometers accumulated monthly and the number of competitions held.
With the latest updates you can add workouts with a warm-up not only for running, but also for running on a treadmill, elliptical, bicycle or stationary bike.
