With this application, you can add XML and send stock and price changes to Trendyol at the time interval you specify with the service running in the background.
At the same time, you can make automatic pricing by adding variables such as Xml Fixed Price, VAT rate, Shipping Fee, Commission fee and Profit rate.
The Xml structure was created to support many formats, but if you still have problems, you can request support.
Usage:
1- Sources => click on the top right + button => Add Source (Xml):
- * Resource Name : A name for the xml. Ex: X OEM
- * XML Link: Your Xml Link
- * Company Name: A one or two word company (Supplier) name. Ex: idea
- * Status: If not activated, it will not be processed.
2- Sources => Click the first button from the left to the right of the Xml you added from the list. [ Xml Mapping | Edit | Delete ]
- Product: Product name in your xml file

- Click on the fetch button
- After the data is loaded, select all the rows corresponding to the headings and click the save button.
* If it is a variant product, it is mandatory to select Variants, Variant, Variant Gtin, Variant Stock, and Variant Price. (If there is no variant/variant/variant price in the xml, select the product price)
* If Arrival Price / Selling Price are not available separately, just select Price. (It is mandatory if Update Price is selected in the Settings / It is mandatory if Calculate Price is selected.
* VAT / Tax is mandatory if Calculate Price is selected in the Settings.
* Status / Status / Publishing otherwise leave blank.
* Stock / Stock / Piece / Quantity => Mandatory. If you choose wrong, all stocks may be reset.
* If the data is not loaded, the Xml format is incompatible or there is a problem with your privileges.
* Any mistake you make at this stage will cause the entire application to malfunction.
3- Stores => click on the top right + button => Add new store
- Trendyol Store name (It does not have to be the same as your Trendyol store name, you can write anything.)
- Fill in the fields below with the data in the Trendyol Panel => Account Information => Integration Information section and press the save button.
- * Api Key (API Key), Secret Key (API Secret), Store ID (Seller ID (Current ID))
4- Stores => Click on the first button from the left to the right of the store name you added [ Store Resource List | Edit | Delete]
- Add a new resource by clicking the + button on the top right of the page that opens.
- Source: Select the Xml (Source) name you added before.
- Fixed Amount, Commission, Is VAT Included, Shipping Fee, Profit Rate => These fields will be processed if you have activated the "Calculate Price" section in the Settings. You can write 0 to the sections you do not want to include. If you want the price from the XML to be sent as it is, disable Calculate price from Settings.
- Click the save button
5- Go to Settings Page.
- Service Status: While it is inactive, repeated updates are not performed. When you want to Stop / Start, you can use the Start / Stop buttons in the Dashboard area by setting them to Passive / Active.
- Delete products that are not in Xml: When activated, products extracted from your Xml file will be deleted from the database. If passive, it updates the product status to false/stock to 0.
-How many minutes should he work? : Default is 180min (3 Hours). You can extend or shorten this period depending on your product quantity. Starting one process before another one ends may cause performance problems.
- Save Log: When activated, it records every step, you can access the batchRequestIds here. If you activate it, I recommend clearing the logs every few days.
- Calculate Price: The price coming from XML is calculated according to the values given in the Stores/Store Source section. If price update is disabled, prices will not be updated in Trendyol even if it is calculated.
