2025-08-20 00:00:00 Grace Technologies (formerly Grace Engineered Products) is pleased to announce the initial release of the 2nd generation of the WiFi Cloudgate provisioning app - GraceSense Provisioning. This new app fully supports all devices running as far back as Android 5.0 (Lollipop), although functionality has not been tested on Android 5 or 6. The latest update now supports Android 10. The app allows users to scan for Cloudgates to be provisioned and sends via Wi-Fi the settings to allow the Cloudgate(s) to connect to a LAN. This will allow the CloudGates to have Internet access and begin uploading collected data to the Maintenance Hub. The app allows the user to create profiles of the WiFi configurations that can be saved for future use or deleted when no longer needed. The app scans the area for active CloudGates that are ready to be provisioned as well as discover LANs that the CloudGate(s) can be connected to. Additionally, the app allows for entries of hidden networks that are not broadcast and provisioning of that information. IMPORTANT: In order for the app to work, please wait for the Android device to connect to the CloudGate BEFORE accepting the provisioning settings.
