Calculation of limit gauges

The “Calculation of limit gauges” program performs calculations of tolerances and executive dimensions of smooth gauges for controlling shafts and holes with sizes not exceeding 500 mm. The nominal size of the gauge, tolerances on its sizes, executive dimensions of the gauges, sizes of the passing and non-passing sides, and the wear limit are determined. The calculation results are presented in the form of a table, and a diagram of the arrangement of tolerance fields of the controlled surface and gauges is constructed. The program takes into account calculation options with different sizes, qualities, and locations of tolerance fields. The conditional designations used in the corresponding standard are presented separately. The program has the ability to switch languages quickly, and localization is available in Ukrainian, Russian, and English. Working with the program is simple and does not require special training from the user, only a few initial data inputs are required. The calculations and construction of tolerance diagrams are fully automated.
