Integrated with Contactfy Cloud-PBX, the softphone supports push notification, which allows you to receive calls and messages even when the app is not open.
By using the existing Android contact list, Contactfy Softphone provides easy and effective communication with an intuitive interface. Call functionality includes the ability to switch between two calls, merge and split calls, and perform assisted and unattended transfers. It also supports video conferencing without the need for an MCU.
Contacfy Softphone incorporates advanced security settings that enable secure call signaling and audio encryption.
It supports video calls up to 1080P with H.264 and VP8 codec. Supports HD audio calls. Available codecs include: G.279, G.711a / u, Opus, AMR, AMR-WB, G.722.1, iLBC, GSM, SPEEX-WB.
