The Tiago Camilo Methodology is a set of techniques and exercises that the athlete added along
the years of your competitive career.
It aims at excellence in the judokas learning process and, mainly, to rescue the essence of judo. The program is designed in a circular way to make it clear that the cycle is not finite, only when I learn everything, do I really realize that I haven't learned anything and I need to recycle myself.
In the first stage, philosophical and cognitive values are taught, the mind comes into focus. In the second stage, the practice comes into action, with blows, techniques, interaction and an awakening of the collective sense. The third stage is where the transformation to the citizen phase occurs, in which serving and citizenship become the basis for a perfect judoka.
