Carmy

1. Carmy is a Private Limited Company which will have ride-
hailing platforms that will operate in India, providing convenient
transportation services through mobile applications. Company will
connect passengers with drivers using their respective platforms,
allowing users to book rides easily and track their driver's arrival.

2. Carmy Transit Services Private Limited is a company which
is being started by Colonel Saurabh Kant Sharma, a retired Army
Officer who gave up his well settled job in uniform to fulfill his
dream of providing a quality life to the men in uniform who have
sacrificed best part of their life in service of the Nation. Soldiers
stay away from their family while in service and most of them
have to again stay away from their families after retirement to
earn a living as pension is not enough to give them a quality life.
Further most of the Military Veterans are not able to acquire any
good professional qualification that they can get a suitable job in
civil world and hence the concept of Carmy (a cab aggregator
with ride hailing Platforms) company was conceptualized.

3. Although cost-effective public transport is available too. But
we all know the hassle that Indians go through while traveling in a
public auto or bus. Given a choice of a personalized car ride at
nearly the same cost as public transport, anyone would definitely
prefer a cab ride over a public bus. Reason? Comfortable ride at
an affordable price! That’s the reason cab-hailing services are at
the center of the public’s attention. And if these services are being
managed by Military Veterans then public will have more

confidence as far as safety and security is concerned. That is why
the motto of the company is also
“Honourably Driven, Safely Arrived”

4. Carmy is going to provide an opportunity to earn while
having a quality life with your family and near and dear ones in a
company, "A Team which has been conceptualised to make
world a better place t o live." We need to do something good for
the society. So the company is for both aspirations. Firstly for
those who want to have extra and Life time earning and Secondly
for those who want to do some social service. Towards this the
first requirement was to form a team and thus to have identity of
this team, forming a company was conceptualized in Jan 2023
and finally ’Carmy Transit Services Private Limited’ came into
existence on 02 Jun 2023.

5. Initially the Company was started to help out Military
Veterans only but after an overthought it was decided to include
the hard working drivers who are honest and sincere but are not
paid commensurate to the hard work they put in. Drivers of cab
services are part of the unorganized sector of the society who are
neglected by everyone and thus it was decided to make them part
of the Family along with Military Veterans. Moreover it is
necessary to take everyone together if one wants to progress in
life.

6. Aim of the company is to provide a safe environment and
journey for the passengers and help out the unorganised sector
of cab drivers and Military Veterans, who retire much early after

giving the Golden years of their life for the Nation. In long term the
Aim is to help out the people who work hard to earn their living.

7. In Carmy we want to creat an environment where there is no
pressure and you can work at your leisure and earn as much as
you want. There will be no work pressure and full liberty will be
given to each and every individual. Aim is to do work in a
conducive environment where happiness quotient is at it's best
while ensuring regular and sufficient income to give good life to
the whole family. Aim of Carmy is to work in an environment of
PARADISE as under:-
