Via the Facility Support app you can report repair requests, complaints and other requests regarding facility facilities and your workplace. By answering three simple questions, you enable Facility Support to serve you smoothly. After you have made a report via this app, you will receive emails informing you of the status of your report.
How do I access this app?
1. Download the app. 2. Send an email to [email protected] with your email address, first and last name. Also confirm in this e-mail that Facility Support may use this data based on the privacy statement. 3. Facility Support will then contact you to set up your account together. 4. You can then report any notification regarding a facility facility or your workplace by following the simple steps in the app. See the visuals above! 5.
