The Adirondack Explorer is dedicated to promoting the wise use, public enjoyment and lasting protection of Adirondack Park by providing a unique journalistic voice for the Park. First published in 1998, the nonprofit Explorer gets the message out through its bimonthly magazine and its digital offerings, including the best-read online news journal in the Park, the Adirondack Almanack (http://www.adirondackalmanack.com).
