The road network data is delivered to regulators as open data. The Asignit app is free to use, but you must be approved by Asignit administrators before you can use Asignit. The approval process is required to protect the integrity of the road traffic management data maintained by Asignit users. The first page of the app contains a help button, to guide you through the process of obtaining approval to use Asignit.
