While online you will have access to all your cases, licenses, parcel information, and payment history. While offline you will have access to your cases, Code Enforcement violations (blights), forms, and licenses assigned to you. Offline you will be able to make new admin notes, public comments, add inspections, and update cases. Once you come back online your data will automatically sync to the GovBuilt Platform.
